For each contract won, the team collects extensive data from the field – such as sites, buildings, equipment, and types of work – into an Excel file. This data, consisting of thousands of entries, needs to be imported into Salesforce swiftly. Manual processing is time-consuming and prone to errors, making accurate and timely data injection challenging. 

SOLUTION

Design and development of a Java application using Talend, to be executed on a virtual machine. The application included multiple JOBS for: data quality and integrity control, mapping and injection into Salesforce, error management and success logging.
