About the Role: As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable solutions, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise, functional understanding, and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct client meetings to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team and the client, translating functional needs into technical specifications.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide training and post-implementation support to clients.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Years of experience with Salesforce clouds.
- Proven experience in a techno-functional consulting role or equivalent.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and system design.
- Solid understanding of technical systems, programming languages, and data integration processes.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) to work effectively with diverse clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems, or CRM solutions, e.g., Salesforce, Sage, SAP, or others
- Certification Or Experience in SALESFORCE is required.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technologies.
