Are you passionate about leading projects in the field of computer engineering and computer science? Do you excel in client communication, project management, and technical leadership? We’re looking for a fluent French and English-speaking Manager/Tech Lead to join our dynamic team! 


Responsibilities 

  • Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless communication. 
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects in computer engineering or computer science, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. 
  • Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor the technical team, oversee solution architecture, and ensure alignment with best practices and client objectives. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. 

Qualifications 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 
  • Languages: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. 
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and technical leadership roles. 
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, tools, and methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus. 
  • Certification Or Experience in SALESFORCE is required. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
