Job description
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for performing tests, especially on complex and foundational user stories, within the Salesforce ecosystem, and occasionally on other tools. This professional will be tasked with assisting business key users in validating functionalities and ensuring the quality of the implemented solutions.
Main Responsibilities • Execution of tests on complex and foundational user stories in Salesforce. • Close collaboration with business key users to understand their needs and expectations. • Assisting key users in validating functionalities and processes. • Identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to resolve them. • Managing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. • Regular reporting on the status of test progress and user feedback. • Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing and acceptance processes.
Required Qualifications • 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a specialization in Salesforce. • Demonstrated experience in executing tests on complex user stories. • Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to interact effectively with business key users. • Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals. • Ability to work independently and take initiative. • Analytical mindset and attention to detail. • Advanced project management skills. • Relevant higher education degree in computer science, management, or a related field.
Desired Skills • Salesforce Certification. • Experience in Salesforce project management. • Knowledge of testing and acceptance methodologies. • Proficiency in other CRM or project management tools.
Working Conditions • Contract: Freelance / Fixed-term contract (CDD). • Salary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
